Anxiety is a normal human feeling. For many, the demands on your life feel impossible and worries about finances, family, health, etc. are ever prevalent, the anxiety can become consuming. Anxiety can often be a sign that something in our life is "too much" and something is needing attention and change. Together, we will explore the causes of your anxiety and find ways to minimize these feelings during the highly stressful times as well as look at the deeper fears and worries that fuel your anxiety. My hope is that the feelings of anxiety will become less frequent and less overwhelming.
